WSL is continuing our travels looking at Reopened Retail and we have made our way to The Domain – an outdoor shopping mall in Austin, Texas.

Despite the spacious outdoor setting, we spotted only about 60 shoppers. We shopped at over 20 stores to see how they were addressing cleanliness, safety, merchandising, services and overall in-store experience.
